Prepayment Plan and Payment Options
We are committed to providing quality and affordable dental health care. We offer several payment options to ensure that there is a payment method that works for you. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery. For your convenience, we also offer payment plans upon approval through CareCredit®.
Bandala Dental Group provides a full range of dental services, allowing us to make minimal referrals to specialists. We have developed our prepayment program with our uninsured patients in mind. It is designed to make affordable quality dental care more obtainable to those without insurance.

This is NOT an insurance plan, but a prepaid payment arrangement through our office and is effective one fiscal year from date of purchase. Payment for services are due date of service. No refunds will be provided for dues of the program's annual cost under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

We at Bandala Dental Group want to make sure you get the dental care you deserve and make it easy as possible. That is why we accept most major PPO insurance plans! We will work with you every step of the way. Even though dental insurance is a private arrangement between you and your company, we will file your claim, handle all the paperwork, and help you get maximum insurance benefits. Getting dental care has never been this easy!
Our goal is to make sure everyone gets dental care. If you don’t have dental coverage, ask about our in-office financial plan. Our financial plan can be used alone or as a supplement to our patient's dental insurance. Let us help you find the best payment option for you and your family.
